Yang di-Pertua Negeri "Yang di-Pertua Negeri" means the Yang di-Pertua Negeri of the State of Malacca or Penang, as the circumstances may require, and includes any person for the time being lawfully exercising the functions of such Yang di-Pertua Negeri;
